Description
The south-western aerial ropeway revetment, incline, and associated buildings is a large structure resembling a ziggurat, constructed from sawn slate blocks and oriented roughly north-south. The sides of the building are notably battered with distinct offsets, and there are remnants of slate-built structures on top. At the east end, there is a slate-built inclined plane that projects in a north-easterly direction.
