Description

Later 19th century. Single storey and attic T-plan cottage. Squared and snecked grey granite with contrasting pink tooled granite dressings. Overhanging eaves with decorative timber serpentine bargeboards. Symmetrical 3-bay SE (principal) elevation with steeply gabled porch with ball finial to apex. Pair of distinctive decorative gabled v-plan dormers to attic and flanking rear wing. Later single storey lean-to to W.

Predominantly bipartite windows to ground floor with 4-pane timber sash and case windows, some timber replacements. 10-pane lying panes to dormers. Coped gable stacks, steeply pitched grey slate roof.
