Pernettya, 5 Sinclairs Street, Dunblane

Pernettya is an early 19th-century, two-storey, four-bay semi-detached house located at 5 Sinclairs Street in Dunblane. The house features a symmetrical principal elevation with an original three-bay block, while the eastern bay was likely added in the late 20th century. The principal elevation is rendered to imitate ashlar and has painted stone dressings, while the eastern elevation is harled.

On the south (principal) elevation, the original three-bay house is on the left, with a central entrance that has a replacement part-glazed door. There are flanking windows and one window above. The later bay on the outer right has a window on each floor.

The eastern elevation shows the gable end of the addition extending to the right, past the line of the original block, with a window on each floor. The house features plate glass timber sash and case windows and has a grey slate roof. There are harled coped ridge stacks to the east and west of the original block, with round cans. The interior was not inspected as of 2001.
