Description

Later/late 18th century. 2-storey, 2-bay, house (built into terrace). Irregular principal (N) elevation with chamfered architraves to all openings. Harled with painted stone dressings.

N (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: entrance with replacement timber door to left; 2 windows to right. Window at 1st floor in each bay.

S ELEVATION: entrance with replacement timber door to right. Window above and one to each floor to left bay.

12-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slate roof. Coped gablehead stack to W side; round cans.

INTERIOR: not inspected (2001).
