Cornerstone Craft Shop And Gallery, 1 Sinclairs Street, Dunblane

Cornerstone Craft Shop and Gallery is a semi-detached cottage dating from the earlier to mid-18th century, with a later addition from the 20th century. The building is two stories high and has three bays, featuring a symmetrical principal elevation facing northeast and a substantial flat-roofed two-story addition at the rear and southwest.

The exterior is harled with painted dressings, likely made of stone, on the principal elevation. The openings on this elevation have chamfered and stopped architraves. The northwest gable end has a coped design.

On the northeast principal elevation, there is a central entrance with a replacement two-leaf boarded timber door, flanked by windows on both floors. The southwest elevation features an irregularly shaped flat-roofed addition that extends across the entire side. The northwest elevation has one window on the ground floor to the left of the gable end and two windows on the first floor.

The windows are later 20th-century plate glass, framed in timber. The roof is covered with grey slates, and there is a coped gablehead stack on the northwest side, although the cans are missing.

Inside, the ground floor of the main block retains its original beamed ceiling.
