Description
This building is a later 18th century, 2-storey, 2-bay semi-detached cottage, which was formerly part of a terrace. It features harled walls with painted stone dressings and has chamfered architraves on the principal northeast elevation, along with coped gables.
On the northeast elevation, there is an entrance with a replacement panelled timber door to the left, and an enlarged window above it. There is also a window to the right on each floor, which are slightly irregularly positioned.
The southwest elevation shows three irregular architraved windows on the first floor. The southeast elevation is a blank gable end.
The principal northeast elevation has plate glass, timber replacement windows. The roof is covered with grey slate, and there are harled gablehead stacks with band courses on both the northwest and southeast sides, topped with round cans.
The interior has not been inspected since 2001.
