Description

Mid 19th century. Single storey and attic, rectangular-plan, 3-bay classically-detailed villa, Cream ashlar to front, rubble to sides. Architraved windows with 8-pane sash and case frames; margined angles; band course at wallhead, cornice and blocking course; coped skews, corniced end stacks; bipartite gabled dormers with plate glass glazing and half-timbered pediments.

FRONT ELEVATION: panelled 2-leaf door to centre with fanlight and Doric pilastered doorcase, window to left and right, 2 dormers, 2 small rooflights.

LEFT AND RIGHT RETURN ELEVATIONS: single window.

INTERIOR: not seen.
