Description

118 Cadzow Street in Hamilton is a two-storey office building constructed in 1913. It has a rectangular plan and features a five-bay front. The front is made of red sandstone ashlar, while the sides are composed of cream sandstone rubble. The roof is piended and bell-cast, covered with slate. The building has a base course, a segmental hoodmould with a continuous string course at the front, and deep eaves that are dentilled at the front. The windows are tripartite sash and case style, with plate glass at the bottom and nine panes at the top. The rainwater goods are made of cast iron.

On the front elevation, there is a central door with a fanlight and a segmental hoodmould. Above this, a single window features a round astragal pattern on the first floor. To the left and right, there are two tripartite windows on both the ground and first floors. The interior has not been seen.
