Description

Cullen, Lochhead and Brown 1907. Free, Edwardian

Renaissance. 2-storey asymmetrical front, polished

ashlar. Pedimented 2-window end sections with shallow

pilasters, that on left with large segmentally arched

window with metal balcony at first floor; upper windows

on right have aprons flanked by pendant swags. Central

section has arch-headed architraved doorpiece with

double leafed doors to left, clasped hands in oval at

centre panel with pendant swags, arched hood cornice and

two small windows over; one window to right, the upper

with apron as at right hand pedimented section.

Piended green slated roof with tall corniced end stacks.

Eaves boards. Rendered hall to rear, 4 window flanks

with intermediate buttresses.
