Description
The Meeting Room in Anderson's Buildings on Main Street, Scalloway, is an early 19th century, two-storey, two-bay end-of-terrace house with harled walls.
The south elevation facing Main Street is asymmetrical, featuring a vertically-boarded timber door in the right bay and a window in the left bay, with regular window arrangements on the first floor. The west gable is blank. The north elevation at the rear has a modern flat-roofed two-storey addition.
The building has modern glazing throughout and is topped with a purple-grey slate roof. There is a mutual stack on the right and a gablehead stack on the left, both with stone copes and circular cans.
