Description

Early 19th century with later alterations. 2-storey, 3-bay house, terminating terrace. Harl-pointed rubble with droved dressings (cement-pointing to S elevation). Flush quoins.

N (NORTH STREET) ELEVATION: stair window to centre; window to each floor of flanking bays, small window to immediate left of window at ground in bay to right.

S ELEVATION: slightly advanced from line of terrace. 2-leaf door, plate glass rectangular fanlight to centre, window at 1st floor above, small window to immediate right. Window to each floor of flanking bays. Modern uPVC lean-to conservatory to centre and extending (not including) to bay to left.

W ELEVATION: modern part-glazed door at ground of bay to left. Window at 1st floor of bay to right.

12-pane timber sash and case windows. Slate roof; brick gablehead stacks. Timber snowboard at eaves, S elevation, centre extending (not including) bay to left.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1995.

BOUNDARY WALL: rubble with rounded coping to S with chamfered Tudor-arched doorway with modern timber boarded gate near house.
