Description
Mid 19th century with later alterations. 2-storey, 3-bay flatted dwelling. Squared and snecked rubble with long and short quoins; chamfered doorcase.
S (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: deep-set panelled door with 2-pane fanlight to left of centre, adjacent blinded door to right, windows in bays to right and left, boundary wall adjoining at outer right and pedestrian entrance in screen wall adjoining at outer left; 3 regular windows at 1st floor.
W ELEVATION: door with small later stone entrance porch at centre, small window above at 1st floor.
N ELEVATION: full-height, flat-roofed projection at centre with single storey uPVC conservatory clasping advanced face and return to right, windows in bays to right and left; 1st floor with window in centre projection and in flanking bays, large traditional rooflight above.
12-pane glazing pattern in timber sash and case windows. Graded grey slates, coped ashlar skews and ashlar coped stacks with polygonal cans.
INTERIOR: 1st floor with decorative plasterwork bordering landing light of ornate astragals and etched and coloured glass.
BOUNDARY WALL: low saddleback-coped rubble boundary wall to S, coped rubble boundary walls to E and N.
