Description

Earlier 19th century with later alterations. 2-storey 3-bay with single storey 2-bay wing to W, terminating terrace. Pebbledash with droved ashlar; harl-pointed rubble to S elevation.

N (NORTH STREET) ELEVATION: window at 1st floor to centre of 3-bay group; blank at ground. Blank bay to left. Window at ground to right of centre. 2 windows to single storey, grouped to left.

S ELEVATION: panelled door to centre of 3-bay group, 2-pane rectangular fanlight above. Window at ground and 1st floor to each flanking bays, breaking eaves at 1st floor, gabled. Modern glazed door to centre of single storey wing to W, later tripartite window in bay to right.

8- and 4-pane timber sash and case windows. Slate roofs, with 19th century 2-pane skylights to S of wing. Brick stacks.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1995.

BOUNDARY WALL: to S, tall pebble-dashed with round coping and square-plan gatepiers.
