Description

Earlier 19th century with later additions and alterations. Single storey 3-bay group, part of terrace sited on ground falling to E. Rubble with stugged ashlar dressings.

N (SOUTH STREET) ELEVATION: 3-bay group with panelled door to centre, 2-pane letterbox fanlight;. bipartite windows in flanking bays with stop-chamfered margins.

S ELEVATION: small window at ground to centre. Modern glazed timber door in bay to left with dormer window breaking eaves at 1st floor. Single storey monopitch addition projecting to outer left. Window at ground of bay to right with dormer window breaking eaves.

4-pane timber sash and case windows, N elevation; timber 4-pane sash and case window to ground, S elevation, uPVC windows at 1st floor. Modern skylights to centre, S elevation. Slate roof. Brick stacks to each gablehead.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1995.
