Description

Later 19th century with later additions and alterations. Single storey with attic 3-bay house positioned at E end of terrace sited on ground falling to E. Rubble with cement-rendered margins.

N (SOUTH STREET) ELEVATION: 3-bay group to outer left blank except window at ground in bay to right.

S ELEVATION: modern panelled door to centre; window to each flanking bays. Dormer in bay to right breaking eaves.

Plate glass uPVC sash and case windows. Modern skylights in bay to left. Slate roof; brick stack and scroll skewputts to gable to E.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1995.
