Description

Late 18th century in origin with later additions and alterations. Symmetrical 2-storey with attic, 3-bay house forming end of terrace with 2-storey addition at rear. Dry-dashed with painted margins. Base course; projecting cills.

SW (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: tripartite doorpiece centred at ground with modern, 2-leaf boarded timber door at centre; boarded fanlight; narrow side-lights; plain, keystoned surround. Single windows flanking at ground; single windows in all bays at 1st floor. Box dormers in bays to outer left and right.

NW (SIDE) ELEVATION: gable end to right with single window at 1st floor to right; single window at ground to left. Blind elevation to piended addition to outer left.

NE (REAR) ELEVATION: not seen 1999.

4-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows; modern glazing to dormers. Grey slate steeply pitched roof; stone-coped skews; scrolled skewputts. Dry-dashed apex and wallhead stacks; octagonal cans.

INTERIOR: not seen 1999.
