Description

Later 19th century with later alterations and additions. Single storey with attic, 3-bay house with flat-roofed single storey modern addition to rear. Stugged ashlar with droved ashlar dressings. Timber mullions.

SE ELEVATION: modern flush door to centre with narrow 2-pane rectangular fanlight. Bipartite window in bay to right. Full-height canted window in bay to left, swept to square at eaves height with window to gablehead above.

NW ELEVATION: finely-harled modern addition with window to centre and in bay to right; door flanked by window to right in bay to left.

Timber 5-lying-pane sash and case windows. Graded slate roof with exposed rafters at eaves. Gabled dormer in bay to right, SE elevation with triangular-headed window. Brick stacks.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1996.
