Description

Probably mid 19th century, side entranced dated 1868. 2-storey 3-bay house with shop at ground floor and pend opening. Facade rendered, brick to rear and side. String course above ground floor (partly obscured by shopfront); eaves cornice and blocking course.

S (FRONT) ELEVATION: pend with chamfered reveals to outer right. Good timber shop front with panelled pilasters, fascia and cornice to left. 3 windows at 1st floor. 2 canted dormers.

E (PEND) ELEVATION: roll-moulded doorway with dated and initialled lintel. Irregular fenestration.

Timber sash and case windows with 12-and 4-pane glazing. Purple slate roof with metal flashings.

INTERIOR: not seen 1994.
