Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 4-bay, pend and shop at ground. Coursed stugged painted rubble. Base course, lintel course to 1st floor windows, eaves course, raised margins.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: tripartite shop front, centrel entrance flanked by large plate glass windows. Wood fascia with dentil cornice,

Entrance to pend at left.

N (REAR) ELEVATION: 3-storey; stair block off-centre right with small window at ground and round-headed window at 1st floor.

9-pane lower, 6-pane upper sash and case windows, 12-pane to dormers. Grey slate roof, slate-hung flat-roofed dormers, modern rooflights between. Ashlar coped skews. Broad rendered stacks (11 flues) at gables.
