Description

Early 18th century. 2-storey and attic, symmetrical 5-bay tenement with 2 shops at ground and pend. Rendered to S elevation. Base course, lintel course to 1st floor windows. Each shop with fanlit flushed-panelled door and single display window. Raised margins.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: pend to centre flanked by shop doors, windows flanking to right and left. Regular fenestration at 1st floor.

Plate glass sash and case uPVC windows, 12-pane to uPVC dormers. Steeply-pitched red pantiled roof. Rendered stack to gable at right.
