Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay tenement with shop at ground, pend to left. Rendered to S elevation. Base course, continuous cill course with fluting between cills, lintel course, cornice.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: tripartite shop front, central flush-panelled door with fanlight, flanked by display windows, chamfered surrounds, iron vent grill below window to left.

N (REAR) ELEVATION: 2-storey wing; spiral stair.

12-pane sash and case windows, 4-pane to dormers. Grey slate roof, 2 piended slate-hung dormers. Ashlar coped skew, mutual gable stacks.
