Description

Early 19th century. 3-storey, 3-bay tenement, shop at ground. Squared and coursed cream sandstone rubble. Raised ashlar margins to windows, 1st floor lintel course.

N (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: asymmetrical at ground; shop with 2-leaf panelled door off-centre right, windows to left, pend to outer right; continuous fascia and cornice with moulded console to right. Regular fenestration to 1st and 2nd floors, smaller windows at 2nd.

Plate glass sash and case windows. Grey slate roof, ashlar coped skews, broad rendered stacks to gables.
