145 High Street, Linlithgow

145 High Street in Linlithgow is an earlier 19th-century, three-storey, four-bay tenement building that features a shop on the ground floor. The building is constructed from cream sandstone rubble, which is squared and coursed on the north elevation, and includes a base course.

The north elevation, which serves as the entrance, has a tripartite shop front in the center with a fanlit door flanked by windows, and additional windows on the outer right and left. The first and second floors have regular fenestration, with smaller windows on the second floor.

On the south elevation, there is a projecting stair tower. The building mostly features plate glass sash and case windows. The roof is covered with red pantiles, has a grey slate easing course, and includes a rendered stack on the right gable.
