Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey, 4-bay tenement with shops at ground floor. Painted sandstone rubble. Cornice to shopfront. Painted margins to 1st floor windows.

NE (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: central entrance to shopfront to left; modern aluminium glazed door, letterbox fanlight, flanking shop windows; glazed timber entrance door to outer right of shopfront to right, shop window to left; single timber door to outer left; regular fenestration at 1st floor.

Predominantly 4-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; rooflights; stone skews; coped stacks; circular cans.

INTERIORS: not seen 1998.
