Description

Early 19th century. 3-storey, 2-bay rectangular-plan tenement with ground floor shop. Sandstone rubble. Margins to windows.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: 2 recessed entrances to left at ground; glazed timber doors; bowed shopfront window to right; flanking lamps; entrance to outer right. Regular single window fenestration at 1st floor. Single window non-aligned to outer right at 2nd floor.

E (SIDE) ELEVATION: 3-bay. Regular fenestration to 1st and 2nd floors; smaller window to central bay at 2nd floor, blind windows to outer bays at 2nd floor.

12-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slate piend roof; brick stacks; circular and polygonal cans.

INTERIOR: not seen 1998.
