Description

Early 19th century. 3-storey, 2-bay tenement with commercial premises at ground floor. Painted render. 2nd floor cill course. Architraved surrounds to 1st and 2nd floor windows.

SE (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: entrances to outer right and left at ground floor; glazed timber door and letterbox fanlight to left, 2-leaf timber door with multi-paned fanlight to right; shop window between at centre. Regular fenestration at 1st and 2nd floors.

INTERIOR: not seen 1998.

Shop window at ground; plate glass timber sash and case windows at upper floors. Grey slate piend roof.
