Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay symmetrically-fronted house. Painted ashlar. Base course; eaves course. Painted margins to openings.

SW (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: step to central square-headed cavetto-splayed doorpiece; 2-leaf timber door; letterbox fanlight; single window aligned above at 1st floor. Flanking single windows at ground and 1st floor. Single dormers to outer right and left at attic.

12-pane timber sash and case windows at ground and 1st floor; plate glass at attic. Grey slate roof; corniced stacks; circular cans (to left stack only).

INTERIOR: not seen 1998.
