Later 18th century. 3-storey, 3-bay rectangular-plan tenement. Rendered rubble sandstone. Square-headed openings.

NE (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: central boarded entrance; single window aligned above at 1st floor; smaller window (non-aligned) at 2nd floor; flanking openings at all floors (2-leaf timber entrance at ground to right, additional inner window).

NW, SW AND SE ELEVATIONS: not seen 1999.

12-pane timber sash and case windows (some boarded). Roof (not seen 1999).
