Description

Circa 1780. 2-storey and attic, 5-bay tenement, forming part of terrace. Sandstone rubble. Painted margins to window openings.

SW (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: steps to central corniced, pilastered and block-pedimented doorpiece; central panel to block pediment; timber door; 5-light letterbox fanlight. Steps to square-headed lower entrance to right; timber door. Single windows flank entrances at ground floor. Regular fenestration at 1st floor. 3 single dormers at attic.

Predominantly plate glass timber sash and case windows (4-pane to outer right window at ground floor, small openings to sides of dormers). Grey slate roof; coped stacks; circular cans.

INTERIORS: not seen 1998.
