Description

Early 19th century. 3-storey 3-bay tenement with later 19th century shopfront. Cream sandstone, droved ashlar, coursed rubble to rear and side. Band base course.

NW (FRONT) ELEVATION: doorway with replacement door and rectangular plate glass fanlight to outer left, single window flanking and above. Later 3-bay timber shopfront spanning centre and right bays with plain moulded openings and consoled dentilled cornice; regular fenestration above. 2 rectangular dormers with piended roofs (re-glazed).

SE (REAR) ELEVATION: not seen 1993.

12-pane timber sash and case windows to left bay, remaining windows modern replacements. Slate roof with stone ridge; rebuilt apex stack.

INTERIOR: not seen 1992.
