Description

Mid 19th century. 2-storey 6-bay tenement, blocked shopfront later addition. Cream sandstone, coursed and squared rubble with stugged dressings.

SW (FRONT) ELEVATION: 3-bay later shopfront (now blocked with barred window) to outer right, 2 windows above. Common stair doorway in bay to left of centre. 2nd bay from left window converted into door, and window inserted to right. Single windows at 1st floor.

Timber sash and case windows, some 12-pane windows retained, otherwise plate glass glazing. Slate roof with metal ridge; mutual gable stack to NE.

INTERIOR: not seen 1993.
