Description

Early 19th century. 3-storey, 4-bay Georgian house. Cream squared and stugged sandstone rubble to N elevation. Base course.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: asymmetrical at ground, fanlit door off-centre right, 2 windows to right and left (traces of blocked openings between windows). Regular fenestration at 1st and 2nd floors. Carved armorial plaque of the shoemaker's or cordiners trade guild between 1st and 2nd floors to centre.

12-pane sash and case windows. Modern red pantiled roof, rendered stack to right.
