Description
Shoemaker's Land is an early 19th century, three-storey, four-bay Georgian house located at 123, 125, 127 High Street in Linlithgow. The northern elevation features cream squared and stugged sandstone rubble with a base course.
The southern entrance elevation is asymmetrical at the ground level, with a fanlit door positioned off-centre to the right, flanked by two windows on either side. There are traces of blocked openings between the windows. The first and second floors have regular fenestration, and between these floors, there is a carved armorial plaque representing the shoemaker's or cordiner's trade guild.
The building has 12-pane sash and case windows, a modern red pantiled roof, and a rendered stack on the right side.
