Description

Circa 1800. 3-storey and attic, 3-bay tenement with licensed premises at ground. Rendered and painted to N elevation.

N (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: 4 asymmetrical bays at ground; door to outer right and 3 windows to left. Regular fenestration at 1st and 2nd floors with slightly smaller windows to latter.

S (REAR) ELEVATION: turnpike stair to centre.

Modern windows at ground, 12-pane sash and case windows at 1st floor, plate glass to upper storey, original etched glass window of footballer onto Dogwell Wynd. Figurative leaded glass 1991. Grey slate roof, canted slate-hung piended dormer off-centre left, rooflight to right.
