Description
13 Lion Well Wynd is a single-storey, symmetrical three-bay semi-detached house built in the later 19th century and restored by William A Cadell Architects in 1980. It is situated on sloping ground and constructed from cream sandstone rubble.
The west elevation features a central six-panelled fanlit door, with a window on each side. To the left, there is a lower wall that includes a doorway. The house is adjoined at a right angle to the right by the high two-storey wall of No 17.
The windows are 12-pane sash and case style, and the roof is a grey slate piended design, with a rooflight located centrally on the west side.
