Description

  1. Restored by William A Cadell, Architects, 1978. 2-storey and attic, 2-bay tenement. Sandstone rubble, harled. Eaves course, ashlar margins to swept slate-hung dormerheaded windows to attic.

N (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: asymmetrical; 2-leaf boarded door to centre, window to right and enlarged window (16-pane sash and case) to left, unharled triangle (revealing rubble) above. 2 windows to 1st floor, 2 dormerheaded windows above.

S (REAR) ELEVATION: (entrance to rear through pend in adjoining property); boarded door at ground; curved stone forestair with cast-iron balustrade to 2-leaf boarded door at 1st floor. Single slate-hung dormer with ashlar dressings to left.

12-pane sash and case windows. Grey slate roof, ashlar coped skews, harled stacks to gables.
