18 Warrender Park Road, Edinburgh

18 Warrender Park Road in Edinburgh is a four-storey tenement building with an attic, constructed around 1878. It features a symmetrical Baronial design, built from squared and snecked sandstone with polished ashlar dressings. The building has a base course and a corbel table at the third floor, which steps down at the center, along with chamfered reveals.

The north elevation, which faces the entrance, includes a central doorway with an architrave, a deep-set panelled door, and a plate glass fanlight. There are single windows to the left and right at ground level. The outer bays on both sides project forward and contain tripartite windows on each floor, while the gableheads have bipartite windows. The remaining bays have single windows, and there is a blank square tablet between the bays on the second floor. A crowstepped gable bridges the central bays, breaking the eaves and featuring attic windows with floral patera inset.

The building has plate glass sash and case windows and a grey slate roof. There are three moulded, linked stacks on the central gablehead, forming a T-plan with a stack behind, as well as coped mutual stacks with moulded cans.

The street has a low saddleback wall. The interiors were not seen in 1990.
