67 Warrender Park Road, Edinburgh

67 Warrender Park Road is a four-storey, four-bay tenement built around 1882, featuring Baronial architectural details and forming part of a terrace. The building is constructed from squared and snecked sandstone, with polished ashlar dressings, a base course, a string course above the first floor, a corbel table at the third floor, crowstepped gables, and chamfered reveals.

On the southeast elevation, there is a roll-moulded doorway offset to the left in the third bay, which leads to a deep-set panelled door topped with a plate glass fanlight. To the right, there is a single window, while above, the first and second floors feature bipartite windows. The third floor has a single pedimented window. The second and fourth bays have full-height canted windows that are corbelled to a square at the gablehead, which also includes small blinded single windows. A stone finial is retained in the fourth bay. The first bay has bipartite windows, and the third floor features a single window with a stone finialled semi-circular pediment. The building has plate glass sash and case windows, a grey slate roof, coped mutual stacks, and beak skewputts.

The interiors were not seen in 1991. There is low boundary coping along the street.
