57, 59 Warrender Park Road, Edinburgh

57 and 59 Warrender Park Road is a four-storey, four-bay tenement building dating from around 1882, featuring Baronial architectural details. It is constructed from squared and snecked sandstone with polished dressings. The building has a base course, a string course above the first floor, a corbel table at the third floor, crow-stepped gables, chamfered reveals, roll-moulded doorways, deep-set doors, and plate glass fanlights.

On the southeast elevation, the doorways are offset to the left and right in the third bay. No 57 has a glazed door, with bipartite windows located at the first and second floors above. The third floor features a single pedimented window with a stone finial. Full-height canted windows are present in the second and fourth bays, corbelled to square at the gablehead, with blinded single windows set in the gableheads and a stone finial in the fourth bay. The first bay has bipartite windows, while the third floor has a single window with a stone finialled semi-circular pediment. The windows are plate glass sash and sash types. The roof is covered with grey slate, featuring coped mutual stacks and beak skewputts.

The property has low boundary coping along the street. The interiors were not seen in 1991.
