61 and 63 Warrender Park Road is a four-storey, four-bay tenement building dating from around 1882, featuring Baronial architectural details and forming part of a terrace. The structure is built from squared and snecked sandstone, with polished ashlar dressings. Notable exterior features include a base course, a string course above the first floor, a corbel table at the third floor, crow-stepped gables, chamfered reveals, roll-moulded doorways, deep-set panelled doors, and plate glass fanlights.

On the southeast elevation, the doorways are offset to the left and right in the third bay. There are bipartite windows at the first and second floors above, and a single window with a pediment and stone finial at the third floor. The second and fourth bays feature full-height canted windows, which are corbelled to a square at the gablehead. The gableheads also have blinded single windows, with a stone finial in the fourth bay. The first bay contains bipartite windows, while the third floor has a single window with a stone finialled semi-circular pediment. The building has plate glass sash and case windows, a grey slate roof, coped mutual stacks, and beak skewputts. The property has low boundary coping along the street. The interiors were not seen in 1991.
