69 Warrender Park Road, Edinburgh

69 Warrender Park Road is a four-storey, four-bay tenement built around 1882, featuring Baronial details and forming part of a terrace. The building is constructed from squared and snecked pink sandstone, accented with polished ashlar dressings. It has a base course, a string course above the first floor, a cornice at the second floor, and chamfered reveals.

On the entrance elevation, there is a roll-moulded doorway with a deep-set panelled door, flanked by single windows offset to the left and right in the third bay. Above this, there are bipartite windows, and a single window at the third floor is topped with a pediment and a stone finial. The outer left bay is advanced, featuring a chamfered angle and two windows, and it adjoins another tenement. This bay has a pyramidal roof with an iron finial. The building also includes a full-height canted window, which is corbelled to a square at the crow-stepped gablehead, and bipartite windows in the second bay. A semi-circular pediment adorns a single window on the third floor. The windows are plate glass sash and case. The roof is covered with grey slate and has coped mutual stacks.

The boundary features coping along the street. The interiors were not seen in 1991.
