175 High Street, Linlithgow

175 High Street in Linlithgow is a 19th-century, three-storey and attic tenement with three bays and a shop at the ground level. The building is constructed from squared and coursed sandstone rubble, with the ground floor painted on the north elevation and featuring a base course.

On the north entrance elevation, there is an off-centre right two-leaf panelled door flanked by shop windows, with a pend to the outer left. The first and second floors have regular fenestration.

The south rear elevation includes a three-storey projecting wing that houses a spiral stair. The ground level has fixed modern glazing, while the first floor features plate glass sash and case windows. The second floor has 12-pane sash and case windows, and the attic has modern glazing. The roof is covered with grey slate, has ashlar coped skews, rendered stacks at the gables, and a slate-hung gabled dormer at the centre.
