Description

19th century. 3-storey and attic, 3-bay tenement, shop at ground. Squared and coursed sandstone rubble, painted at ground to N elevation. Base course.

N (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: 2-leaf panelled door off-centre right flanked by shop windows, pend to outer left. Regular fenestration at 1st and 2nd floors.

S (REAR) ELEVATION: 3-storey projecting wing housing spiral stair.

Fixed modern glazing at ground; plate glass sash and case windows at 1st floor; 12-lying pane sash and case windows to 2nd floor; modern glazing to attic. Grey slate roof, ashlar coped skews, rendered stacks to gables, slate-hung gabled dormer at centre.
