Description

Earlier 19th century; refurbished circa 1960. 3-storey, 4-bay tenement, shops at ground. Coursed sandstone rubble, ashlar margins. Base and eaves courses, raised margins, architraves to shop windows.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: tripartite shop to right, fanlit door to centre flanked by shop windows. Fanlit door to left, window to outer left. Regular fenestration at 1st and 2nd floors, smaller windows at 2nd.

12-pane sash and case windows. Grey slate roof, ashlar coped skews, stacks to gables.
