Description
Later 19th century, Reconstructed 1968. 3-storey, 3-bay tenement with attic added circa 1960, shop at ground. Stugged, squared and coursed cream sandstone. Base and eaves courses.
W (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: shop door to outer left, large display window tocentre, door to pend to outer right.
3 symmetrically disposed windows at 1st and 2nd floors. Plate glass sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; modern dormer.
