Description

Mid 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay symmetrical tenement. Squared and coursed sandstone rubble. Base and eaves courses. Bracketted cills at 1st floor.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: fanlit doorpiece to outer left, stepped roll-moulded architrave, window to centre and outer right. Regular fenestration to 1st floor.

Plate glass sash and case windows, 4-pane to dormer. Grey slate roof, slate-hung dormer with kingpost barge-board at apex and bipartite window with wooden mullion. Ashlar coped skews, stacks to gables and rear.
