Description

Circa 1840. 3-storey and attic, 7-bay symmetrical tenement

block. Ashlar, channelled to ground floor, base course.

Architraved doorpiece with consoled cornice and blocking

course. Door to upper floors at right in place of windows.

Band between ground and 1st floor windows. 12-pane glazing

to 2nd floor. Eaves cornice and blocking course. Slate

roof:; skews and canted dormers, corniced stacks.

3-storey 7-bay wing extends from rear. Rubble with ashlar

margins. Long and short angle quoins 12-pane glazing

survives. Eaves band. Piended slate roof with corniced stacks.
