6, 8, 10 Westend Park Street, Glasgow

This building is a seven-bay tenement block located at 6, 8, and 10 Westend Park Street in Glasgow, dating from around 1870. It features polished ashlar stonework, which is channelled at the ground level and has been cleaned. The entrance includes steps that extend over the basement, leading to recessed doorways. The end bays have bipartite windows, while the other windows are single-light. All upper windows are framed with architraves, with cornices at the first floor and lugged architraves at the second floor. The windows are sash style with four-pane glazing. There is a heavy band course above the ground level, a band course at the cills of the second floor, and string courses at the cills of the third floor, along with a band course at the eaves. The building has a plain main cornice, wallhead, and axial stacks. Additionally, there are cast-iron railings leading to the steps and basement, although many of these are damaged.
