Description
14 Westend Park Street is a tenement block built around 1870, featuring 14 bays and rising four storeys with a basement. The exterior is finished in polished ashlar, with v-channeling at the ground level and stone cleaning. Steps lead up to Roman Doric porches, which have recessed doors topped with fanlights. All windows are single-light and have architraves above the ground floor. The windows on the first and second floors are corniced and have bracketed cills. The building has sash windows with four-pane glazing. There is a band course above the ground floor and cill strings at the third floor. The main cornice is plain, and there are wallhead and axial stacks, topped with slate roofs.
