Description

Circa 1850. 4-storey 11-bay tenement block with public house to ground at left. Droved ashlar with polished dressings (painted to ground to left). Dividing band between ground and 1st floors; cill courses to 1st and 3rd floors; eaves cornice and blocking course; projecting cills to 2nd floor. Regularly fenestrated. Modern door and glazing to left; timber panelled doors with plate glass fanlights to flats in 4th and 8th bays from right; modern glazed door and access ramp in 7th bay from right.

Modern glazing to ground floor. Predominantly 12-pane and plate glass in timber sash and case windows above. Grey slates. Corniced rendered stacks with circular cans.
