Description

Circa 1870. 4-storey 3-bay tenement. Ashlar, polished to ground floor. Droved above. Dividing band between ground and 1st and 2nd floors, cill band to 2 bays to left at 3rd floor; moulded eaves cornice. Bipartite windows in bays to right and left. Timber panelled door with small-pane glazed fanlight to centre.

Predominantly modern glazing. Grey slates. Rendered stacks with circular cans.
