Description

Circa 1860. 4-storey tenement, altered ground floor.

16 bays. Double pile plan. Polished ashlar, partly painted,

channelled pilaster strips dividing bays between 1st and

2nd floors. Mainly sash and case windows, some 12-pane

glazing.

Panelled aprons at 2nd floor, moulded cills, sculpted

shell-head windows, keyblocks. 3rd floor cill band,

pilaster mullioned windows. Plain frieze, cornice. Axial

Slate and tile roof.
